CUSTARD CREAM DONUTS
Ingredients
Bread Flour                250g
All Purpose Flour       250g
Skimmed Milk            50g
Bread Improver          1tbsp
Sugar                           100g
Yeast                           1tsp
Salt                             1tsp
Baking Powder           1/2tbsp
Butter                          50g
Water                           250g    
For fillings and coating

Procedure
1. In a small bowl combine yeast, sugar and water. Mix well set aside.
2. in a large bowl combine all dry ingredients. Mix well add wet ingredients. Mix until you form a dough.
3. Add butter, mix and knead until smooth and elastic. Rest until double in size.
4. Portion each dough into 40g each. Shape like a ball and flatten. Rest until double in size.
5. Fry doughnuts until cooked. Let it cool.
6. Put a generous amount of custard. Then roll into sugar
