Yema Spread Recipe


Ingredients

Sugar                        3Tbsp
Butter                       4tbsp
Condensed Milk        300ml
Eggyolk                    2pcs
Salt                            1/2tsp
Vanilla (optional)      1/2tsp

PROCEDURE

1. Add 3 tablespoon of sugar in saucepan or nonstick pan put it in a low to medium heat until it caramelized.
2. Add butter then mix until well incorporate.
3. Add condensed milk continue stirring in low heat in medium to low heat for 5 minutes or until well incorporated
4.  Add eggyolk, salt and vanilla, continue mixing until it changes color to dark brown for 5 minutes.
5. Let it cool and strain mixture to make it smooth.
