Death By Chocolate Cake Recipe

 Ingredients

All Purpose Flour        260g

Sugar                            300g

Cocoa                            100g

Baking Powder            1Tbsp

Baking Soda                1tsp

Oil                                300ml

Milk                             300ml

Eggs                            2eggs

Hot water                    200ml

Coffee Powder            2tsp

Procedure

1.Combine All purpose Flour, Cocoa Powder, Baking Powder and Baking Soda. Sift for easier mixing and combine well.

2.Add in Canola Oil and Milk. Mix well set aside.

3. In a small bowl combine hot water and coffee powder. Mix well and pour it into batter. Mix until well incorporated.

4. Add in Sugar mix until no lumps and batter become smooth.

5. Transfer into round pan with parchment paper and greased oil.

6. Bake for 30-40 mins or until cooked. Test using toothpick it should come out clean if it is done.

7. Let it cool and frost with Chocolate Ganache GANACHE RECIPE
