EARTHQUAKE CHEESE LOAF : BreadTalk style
Ingredients
Bread Flour 500g
Sugar 100g
Salt 1/2tsp
Bread Improver (optional) 1/2tsp
Yeast 1tsp
Water 210g
Egg 1pc
Butter 60g
Cheese for toppings and fillings
1. Combine bread flour, sugar, salt, yeast and bread improver(optional). Mix well.
2. Add in water and egg, mix until you form a dough.
3. Add butter mix and knead until smooth and elastic. Rest until double in size.
4. Divide your dough into two portion.
5. Gently flatten your dough into rectangular shape.
6. Spread cheese evenly then roll towards the end.
7. Put it in a well greased loaf pan. Rest and cover until double in size.
8. Put a score in the middle then brush with eggwash then add cheese on top.
9. Bake at 170c for 30 minutes or until golden and done.
