Importance of Right Temperature





Temperature is one of the most important part in baking, sometimes these are always the first procedure in every recipe. Right temperature of your oven are very important depending on your mixture.It will RUIN your mixture if you did set the desired temperature of your oven, remember baking is a science it always have to be exact.

Common temperature for a certain recipe:

Cookies                            - 180c (350F)

Breads (sweert bread)    - 180c

Artisan Breads                 -250c(450F)

Sponge Cake                    -180c

Cupcake                            -180c

Crust Pie                          - 180c

- Always pre heat your oven.

- Invest in Oven thermometer to check if your heat oven is calibrated or in a right temperature.

- Don't over crowd you oven when baking.

- Constant opening of oven may affect your baked good, it will reduce the right temperature you need
