Velvet Bread Pudding Recipe: simple and easy!


Ingredients

200g       Left Over Breads (cut into cubes)    
350ml     All Purpose Cream
350ml     Evaporated Milk
130g       Sugar
1Tbsp     Cinnamon
1/4tsp     Nutmeg
1tsp        Vanilla
4 pcs       Eggs
                Cheese Streusel (optional)       

For Cheese Streusel

20g      Cold Butter
20g      Flour
20g      brown sugar
20g      white sugar
50g      Parmesan cheese

Procedure

For Streussel

1. In a small bowl combined flour, brown and white sugar and parmesan cheese, mix until all ingredients are well incorporate.

2.add cold butter, mix until coarse crumbs form.

For Pudding

1. In a large bowl combined all wet ingredients mix well, add sugar and left over breads. mix together then add cinnamon and nutmeg.
2. Pour it into rectagular pan with foil, then add cheese Streusel on top.


3. Baked in a pre heated oven (180c) for 25 mins or test using toothpick, insert into the center and it should come out clean.

4. Serve hot with butter, or let it cool top with whipping cream.
