Simple and Easy: 4 Ingredients Pizza Dough Recipe

Ingredients

Bread Flour        300g

Yeast                   5g

Water                  150g

Salt                    10g

Procedure

1. In a large bowl dissolved yeast in water. Gradually add Flour and salt mix well until you form a dough.

2. Knead for about 8 - 10 minutes until dough become smooth elastic. 

NOTE: WATER ABSORPTION MAY VARY ADD WATER IF IT IS LACK OF HYDRATION OR FLOUR IF IT IS TOO STICKY.

3. Rest the dough for 5 hours to develop flavor or you can put it in a fridge and ferment overnight to develop more flavor.

4. After resting portion your dough into two equal parts. rest for about two hours until it double the size and become airy.

* you can prepare your toppings and tomato sauce while resting your dough


5. Stretch and form your dough into pizza (see video below).



6. Bake in a pre heated oven for about 15-20 minutes until cook at 180c.

7. You can also put it in a pan then cooked until you develop burnt in bottom part of pizza then broil it in the oven.
