Special Cheesy Pan De Coco


 Ingredients

For Filling

Desiccated Coconut    150g

Cheese                        150g

Condensed Milk         250g

Egg yolk                      5pcs

Vanilla                         1Tbsp


For Dough

Bread Flour                500g

Yeast                          10g

Salt                            10g

Sugar                        100g

Egg                            1pc

Butter                        50g

Milk                         200g


Procedure

For Filling

1. Combine all ingredients, Mix well, set aside and put it in a fridge. 


For Dough


1. In a mixer combine all dry ingredients, Mix well in a low speed.

2. Add egg and gradually add water. 

NOTE: WATER ABSORPTION MAY VARY ADD FLOUR IF IT IS TOO STICKY OR ADD WATER IF IT IS LACK OF HYDRATION.

3.Mix in a medium speed until you form a dough.

4.Add butter then mix into low speed until butter are well incorporated. Change into high speed until dough become smooth and elastic. Rest for an hour or until double the size.

5. Portion your dough approximately 30g. Shape into ball and rest for 10 mins.

6. Flatten your dough then put the filling approximately 15-20g. Then close tightly.

7. Put it in a greased pan or muffin pan then rest until double the size.

8. Put egg wash and sprinkle with sugar and desiccated coconut then bake in a pre heated oven at 170c for 15 minutes or until double the size.
