Basic Donut Recipe

 


Ingredients

Bread Flour      350g

Cake Flour        150g

Baking Powder    1Tbsp

Sugar                100g

Yeast                1Tbsp

Bread Improver    1Tbsp(optional)

Salt                    1tsp

Water                260ml

Butter                50g


1. Combine all dry ingredients, mix well.

2.Add in water. Knead until all ingredients are well incorporated and it form a dough.

3.Add butter, knead until smooth and elastic.

4. Rest for an hour or double the size.

5. Portion into 60g or desired weight. Then for into Doughnut (SEE VIDEO ABOVE).

6. Rest for 10 minutes then Fry.

7. Dip into Chocolate or Sugar.
