Italian Meringue Buttercream: Easiest and Simple




Ingredients

Egg whites             2pcs

Cream of tartar     1/2tsp

Sugar                    1 Cup

Water                    1/3 Cup

Butter                    1/2 Cup


1. In a saucepan combine water and sugar, DO NOT MIX. Put it in medium heat until it boil.

2.When sugar syrup start boiling that's the time you mix egg whites and cream of tartar in medium to high speed until soft peak.

3. If the sugar syrup became thread like (GET A FORK DIP INTO SYRUP AND TEST). Gradually add into meringue while mixing until soft peak.

4. Part by part add a tablespoon of room temp butter into meringue mixture. Mix until stiff peak and silky
