BAGUETTE CARAMEL CUSTARD FLAN
For Caramel Syrup
Sugar 3Tbsp
Water 1 1/2Tbsp
For Custard Flan
Baguette 70g (cut into pieces)
Condensed Milk 3Tbsp
Evaporated Milk 1Cup
Egg 3pcs
Procedure
1. Combine sugar and water. Bring it to a boil until it caramelized. Pour it into rectangular pan. Set aside.
2. In a Food processor or speedy chopper grind 70g baguette.
3. Add condensed milk and evaporated milk. Blend until smooth.
4. Add 2 pcs egg, blend for 1 minute. Transfer to a pan with caramel.
5. Bake in water bath for 20-30 mins at 170c.
6. To check if it is done the center should be set and not jiggly.
