BREADTALK PORK FLOSS BUN: EASY RECIPE
Ingredients
Bread Flour 350g
Skimmed Milk 50g
Sugar 75
Salt 1/2tsp
Bread Improver 1/2Tbsp(optional)
Yeast 1/2Tbsp
Water 180g
Butter 50g
Toppings
Mayonnaise
Pork Floss
Procedure
1. Combine all dry Ingredients. Mix well
2. Add Water, Mix until it form a dough
3. Add Butter. Knead until smooth and elastic.
4. Rest and cover until double in size.
5. After resting, portion into desired weight.
6. Shape into ball then rest and cover until double in size.
7. Bake at 170c pre heated oven for 12-15mins.
8. Let it cool.
9. Put a slit on middle part of bread.
10. Spread mayonnaise inside then spread outside top part of bread.
11. Cover with floss.
