BRIOCHE BURGER BUNS






Ingredients

Bread Flour        500g

Sugar                 100g

Yeast                  1Tbsp

Salt                    1/2tsp

Bread Improver 1Tbsp

Egg                    1pc

Butter                60g

Milk                  180ml


Procedure

1. Combine all dry ingredients. Mix well

2. Add in eggs and milk. Mix and knead until it form a dough.

3. Add butter. Knead until become smooth and elastic. Rest until double in size.

4. Portion into 80grams. Shape into ball. proof until double in size.

5. Brush with egg wash. sprinkle with sesame seeds.

6. Bake at 170c for 12minutes until golden.
