Chocolate Chip Cookie: Chunky and Chewy


 Ingredients


Cake Flour                300g

All Purpose Flour     100g

Brown Sugar             200g

White Sugar              130g

Baking Powder         1/2tsp

Salt                            1/2tsp

Butter                        250g

Eggs                           2pcs

Dark choco chip        100g


1. Cream butter, white sugar and brown sugar.

2. Add eggs. Mix well

3. Add all dry ingredients. Mix until smooth.

4. Fold in chocolate chip. Mix well. Rest overnight.

5. Portion into 30g each, shape into ball then add chocolate chip garnish on top.

6. Bake at 180c for 12 mins until done.
