KOREAN PIZZA BREAD



Bread Flour            350g
Sugar                     75g
Salt                        1/2tsp
Bread Improver     1 tsp(optional)
Yeast                      1/2 Tbsp
Water                     180g
Butter                    30g

For toppings

Hotdog
Pepperoni
Cheese
Onion
Bell pepper
Mayonnaise
Egg

Procedure

1. Combine all dry Ingredients. Mix well
2. Add Water, Mix until it form a dough
3. Add Butter. Knead until smooth and elastic.
4. Rest and cover until double in size.
5. After resting, portion into desired weight.
6. Shape into ball then rest and cover until double in size.
7. After resting flatten dough the put hotdog then roll towards end.
8. Make a cute vertically ( See video above)
9. Rest until double in size.
10. After resting brush with egg wash, topped with cheese, pepperoni, onion, bell pepper and mayonnaise.
11. Bake at 180c for 12-15 minutes until cooked.
