Red Ribbon Chocolate Ganache Recipe

 


Ingredients

Cocoa                50grams

APF                   70g

Coffee Powder  1/2tbsp

Sugar                 200grams

Fresh Milk        420ml

Butter                 60g


Procedure

1. Combine Cocoa, Coffee powder and All purpose flour sift to remove lumps.

2. Add in Sugar and mix, then add fresh milk. Mix well until no lumps.

3. Bring it to a boil from low to medium heat with continuous stirring.

4. If the mixture starts boiling add butter. Continue mixing until become thick.

5. Strain the ganache to remove lumps.

6. Let it cool before using it
