SPRING FLOSS ROLL RECIPE : TASTE LIKE BREADTALK




Ingredients

For Dough

Bread Flour            600g

Powdered Milk       50g

Sugar                     100g

Salt                        1/2tsp

Yeast                      1Tbsp

Water                    280g

Butter/ Margarine  60g


For Toppings

Onion Chives                    70g

Carrots                              1pc small

Ham/ Luncheon Meat       50g

Eggs                                  3pcs

Pork Floss


Procedure

1. In a small bowl, combine Bread flour, salt, sugar, yeast and powdered milk. Mix well.

2. Add water, Mix until you form a dough.

3. Add butter, Mix and knead until smooth and elastic. Rest until double in size.

4.After resting. Flatten your dough into rectangular shape. Transfer into a greased rectangular pan and poke a hole. Rest until double in size.

5. After resting, spray water on dough. Put onion chives, ham/luncheon meat and carrots on top. Drizzle with eggs. make sure it will cover the whole dough.

6. Bake at 180c for 15-20 minutes until done. Let it cool.

7. Cut into two parts, turn over facing bottom part. Spread mayonnaise on bottom part of bread add pork floss then roll it over like sushi. Cover and roll in parchment paper. Let it set for 5 minutes.

8. Cut into smaller portion(like sushi). spread mayonnaise on each side then add floss on the side.
