YEMA UBE ENSAYMADA

Ingredients


For Ube Buttercream

Alaska Ube Condensed  200g
Butter                              200g

For Dough

Bread Flour           350g
Sugar                     75g
Salt                        1/2tsp
Yeast                     1Tbsp
Bread Improver    1/2Tbsp(optional)
Milk                      100g
Egg yolk                2pcs
Margarine              20g
Butter                    20g

La Cream for topping
Cheese for topping

For Buttercream



For Dough

1. Combine all dry ingredients. Add egg yolk and  milk.
2. Mix and knead until it form a dough.
3. Add butter and margarine. Knead until smooth and elastic.
4. Rest until it double in size. While resting grease your molder or muffin pan.
5. Portion your dough into desired weight. Shape like a ball, proof until double in size.
6. Bake for 12-15mins until golden brown. Let it cool.
7.Spread with Buttercream, topped with yema and cheese.
