CHOCOLATE MOIST CUPCAKE WITH COSTING




Ingredients

All Purpose Flour       150g  =   P 6.75    (P45.00/ kilo)

Cocoa                          40g  =  P 9.00      (P230/ kilo) CASA BAMVINA

Baking Powder          1tsp = P 0 .72        (P130/ 500g) CALUMET

Baking Soda              1tsp = P 0.65         (P72/ 500g)

Sugar                         140g =  P 7.7         (P55/ kilo)

Coffee Powder          1Tbsp =  P3.67       (P147/200g)

Hot Water                  100g = P 0.17         (P35/5gallons)

Milk                           100g = P 6.4          (P64/liter) CONAPROLE FULL CREAM

Oil                             100g =  P 10           (P85/liter)

Egg                            1pc = P7.00

Cupcake liner            12pcs=P0.66          (P110/2000pcs)

TOTAL  = 52.72

Can make 12 pcs

TOTAL of  P4.39 per cupcake

Procedure

1. In a small bowl combine cocoa, hot water and coffee powder, Mix well and set aside.

2. In a large bowl combine all purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda. Mix well.

3. Add cocoa coffee mixture, milk, oil and egg. Mix well until smooth

DO NOT OVER MIX THE MIXTURE. ONCE THE MIXTURE IS SMOOTH AND FREE FROM LUMPS IT IS NOW READY.

4. Put it in a muffin pan with liner. approximately 1/4 cup or at least enough to cover 12 cupcakes

5. Bake at 150c for 20-30 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
