Fudgy Chocolate Crinkles

 




Ingredients


All Purpose Flour             120g

Cocoa powder                  60g

Baking Powder                 1tsp

Salt                                   1tsp

White Granulated Sugar    175g

Oil                                   60g

Eggs                                 2pcs

Powdered Sugar              100g

 

    

    Procedure

 

    1. In a large bowl combine Flour, baking powder and salt set aside. 

 

    2. In another bowl combine cocoa powder, oil, sugar and eggs mix well.

 

    3. Gradually add dry mixture in wet mixture. Mix until smooth.

 

    4. Cover using cling wrap let it rest overnight.

 

    5. Pre Heat oven at 180c. Portion your dough into 30 grams, shape it like a ball then roll it in powdered sugar.

 

    6. Put it in a baking tray with wax paper or greased pan with 2 inches apart.

 

    7. Bake for about 12-14 mins. Avoid to overbake.
