TANGZHONG PANDESAL


Ingredients

Bread Flour                500g
Sugar                          100g
Salt                              1tsp
Yeast                          1/2tbsp
Milk                           180g
Butter                         60g
Tangzhong                 200g
Bread Crumbs

For Tangzhong 

Flour                    150
Milk                     50


Procedure

1. In a small bowl combine milk, yeast and 1tsp sugar. Mix well,let it bloom for 5mins set aside.
2. Combine bread flour, sugar, salt, tangzhong and milk yeast mixture, Mix well until you form a dough.
3. Add butter, mix well and knead until smooth and elastic. Rest and cover until double in size
4. Portion into 40g each or any desired weight, shape into ball the roll in bread crumbs.
5. Put it in a well greased pan, rest and cover until double in size.
6 Bake at 180c for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
