Mango Cream Cake


Ingredients

Egg yolk               3pcs
Milk                     1/4cup
Sugar                   1/2cup
Mango Puree       1/2cup
Oil                       1/4cup

Cake Flour           1 1/2cup
Baking Powder     1/2tbsp

Egg whites            3pcs
Cream of tartar      1/4tsp
Sugar                     1tbsp

For toppings and fillings
Whipped Cream
Fresh mango
mango puree


Procedure

1. Combine egg yolk, Milk, sugar, mango puree, and oil. Mix well.
2. Add cake flour and baking powder, mix well until no lumps. Set aside.
3. In a separate bowl combine egg whites and cream of tartar, beat until it form a bubbles and on half way add a tablespoon of  sugar beat until stiff peak or become meringue. 
4. Add a small portion of meringue into egg yolk mixture then mix.
5 the the remaining meringue part by part by cut and fold method.
6. transfer into round pan then put in a rectangular pan with water.
7. Bake at 180c for 50-60 minutes until tooth pick comes out clean.
8. remove immediately from pan and let it cool. 
9. Cut into two then add with cream with mango puree.
10. coat the cake with cream and garnish with mango.
