THE BEST HOMEMADE ARTISAN PIZZA RECIPE


Ingredients

For Dough

Bread Flour       300g

Salt                    1/2tsp

Yeast                  1/2tsp

Water                  150g


For Pizza Sauce

Tomato Sauce      1Cup

Basil                     1/2tsp

Oregano               1/2tsp

Salt                       1/2tsp

Pepper                 1/4tsp

Honey                  1/2tbsp

For Toppings

Mozarella

Onion 

Bell Pepper

A choice of meat

PROCEDURE

For Pizza Sauce

1. Combine all ingredients mix well, set aside.

For Dough.

1. Combine water and salt, mix well until salt dissolve.

2. Add 100g of bread flour, mix well then add yeast. Mix well until well incorporated.

3. Add the remaining 200g bread flour. Mix and knead until smooth and elastic.

4. After kneading rest for two hours.

5. After resting divide into three equal parts. shape into ball then put in a close container.

6. Rest for about overnight or 24 hours.

7. After resting gently flatten dough starting from the middle outward until you form a circle.

8. Add tomato sauce and toppings.

9. Bake at 180c for 15 minutes. then using top heat of oven bake again until crust become brown or burnt.
