BUTTERNUT CRINKLES : ULTIMATE SECRET OF DUNKIN DONUT


For Streusels 

Butter                        150g
Sugar                         200g
Cake Flour                350g
Crushed Peanut        70g
Cinnamon Powder   2tsp            
Nutmeg                     3tsp
Food Color Orange

For Crinkles

Bake Best Crinkles   1pack 
Water                         240g

PROCEDURE

For Streusel

1. Cream butter and sugar until smooth.
2. Add peanut, cake flour, nutmeg, cinnamon. Mix well until mixture become grainy.
3. Add food color base on your preferences.
4. Bake for 10 minutes, let it cool and set aside.

For Crinkles

1. Combine Bake Best Crinkle Mix and water.
2. Mix until smooth. 
3. Portion into 30g each, shape line a ball and then roll over streusel.
4. Put it in a well greased pan.
5. Bake at 180c for 8-10 minutes.
