Washed Sugar            80g        (8Tbsp)                     =3.6      
Powder Milk               60g         (4Tbsp)                     =9
Salt                              6g          ( 1tsp)                        =0.14
Bread Improver          3g           (1tsp)                        =0.35
Yeast                           9grams   (1/2tbsp yeast)       =2.4
Water                          280g       (1 1/4cup)                =0.4
Shortening                 60g          (4Tbsp)                     = 2
Bread Crumbs
                                                                            Total= 32.89


Can make 32-33 Pandesal

1. In a large bowl combine bread flour, yeast, salt, bread improver, sugar and skimmed milk. Mix well.
2. Add water and shortening. 
3. Mix and knead until smooth and elastic. Rest until double in size
4. Portion each dough into 35g each. Then shape like a ball.
5. Roll in bread crumbs then put it in a well greased pan.
6. Rest and cover until double in size.
7. Bake at 180c for 12-15 minutes until golden brown
