Baked! Puto cake!


Ingredients

Cake Flour                        2Cups

Baking powder                  1tbsp

Sugar                                  1Cup

Evaporated Milk                1 1/2 Cup

For Meringue

Eggwhites                            3pcs

Cream of Tartar                    1/4tsp

Sugar                                    1/2 Cup

For Toppings

Cheese

Salted Eggs


PROCEDURE

1. In a large bowl combine cake flour and baking powder, sift to remove lumps.

2. Add sugar and evaporated milk, mix well until smooth and no lumps. Set aside.

3. For meringue, in a separate bowl combine eggwhites and cream of tartar, beat until soft peak.

4. Gradually add sugar then beat unti stiff peak.

5. Add a small portion of meringue into batter then mix using whisk until well combine.

6. Portion by portion add meringue using cut and fold method until well combine.

7. Transfer into round pan then put it in a rectangular pan with water.

8. Bake at 170c for 40-50 minutes or until done.

9. After 40 Minutes of baking, add cheese and salted egg on top and bake for another 10 minutes.
