Classic Dinner Rolls Recipe


Ingredients

Bread Flour       500g
Sugar                 100g
Salt                    1/2tsp
Yeast                 1tsp
Milk                   280g
Butter                50g

Egg for eggwash

Procedure

1. Combine bread flour, sugar, salt, yeast. Mix well.
2. Add in milk, mix until you form a dough.
3. Add butter, mix and knead until smooth and elastic. Rest until double in size.
4. Portion dough into 30g each. Shape into ball then put it a well greased pan.
5. Rest until double in size.
6. Brush with eggwash then bake at 180c for 12-15 minutes until done.
