Easy Donuts and Chocolate Donuts Recipe
Ingredients
For dough
Bread Flour 150g
All Purpose Flour 150g
Sugar 50g
Yeast 1/2tsp
Salt 1/2tsp
Bread Improver 1/4tsp (OPTIONAL)

Baking Powder 1/2tsp
Egg 1pc
Milk 100g
Butter 30g
Cocoa 30g
Egg 1pc
Milk 100g
Butter 30g
Cocoa 30g
For Glaze
Powdered Sugar 250g
Milk 40g
Butter 50g
PROCEDURE
For Glaze
Combine milk and powdered sugar until smooth.
For Dough
1. Combine Bread flour, All Purpose Flour, Sugar, Yeast, Salt and Bread Improver. Mix well.
NOTE: For Chocolate dough just add 30g Cocoa.
2. Add Egg and Milk. Mix until you form a dough.
3. Add butter, Mix and knead until smooth and elastic.
4. Rest until double in size.
5. Portion dough into 50g each, shape like a ball then rest for 15 minutes.
6. Gently flatten your dough then make a hole in the middle using donut cutter or cookie cutter.
7. Rest until double in size.
8. Fry donuts at 190c temp of oil until golden brown. Let it cool.
9. Dip in glaze.
