BLACK LOAF RECIPE



Ingredients

Bread Flour        500g
Salt                      1tsp
Sugar                   1/2cup
Yeast                    1tsp
Eggs                     2pcs
Squid Ink              3tbsp
Vanilla                  1tsp
Water                    150g ( or as per needed)
Butter                    50g

Procedure

1. Combine all dry ingredients in a separate bowl and wet ingredients.
2. Combine in mixer and mix in medium speed until you form a dough.
3. Add butter then mix in medium speed for 1 minute then change speed to high speed until dough is smooth and elastic.
4. Rest and cover until double in size.
5. After resting portion dough into two parts.
6. Flatten dough into rectangular shape, then roll over towards the end.
7. Put it in a well greased loaf pan. Rest and cover until double in size.
8. After resting make s core in the middle then bake at 170c for 25-30 minutes.
