CHOCOLATE FLAN !
Ingredients
For Caramel
Sugar 1Cup
Water 1/4 Cup
Water 1/4 Cup
For Flan Mixture
Evaporated Milk 370ml
Condensed Milk 390ml
Eggyolk 6pcs
Whole Eggs 2pcs
Chocolate 100ml
PROCEDURE
For Caramel
- combine all ingredients in a sauce pan then put it in high heat until it caramelized
-transfer into molder then set side and let it cool.
For Flam mixture
1. Combine chocolate and 200ml of evaporated milk in a saucepan then simmer until chocolate melt and smooth, set aside and let it cool.
2. In a separate bowl combine remaining evaporated milk, condensed milk, whole eggs, eggyolk and chocolate mixture.
3. Mix until well combine.
4. Pour into molder with caramel, then transfer into sheet tray then add water (water bath method).
5. Bake at 160c for 30-40 minutes until flan does not stick in your hand.
