DEATH BY CHOCOLATE CAKE: THE BEST CHOCOLATE MOIST CAKE!
Ingredients
Hot Water 115g
Coffee Powder 1tsp
Cocoa 50g
Water 140g
Kahlua 18g
Creme De Cacao 18g
Eggs 2pcs
Sugar 230g
Baking Soda 5g
All Purpose Flour 160g
Mayonnaise 130g
GANACHE
for Ganache Recipe
PROCEDURE
1. In a mixer combine hot water, cocoa and coffee powder. Mix well until smooth.
2. Add water, kahlua, creme de cacao, eggs and sugar. Mix until well combine.
3. In a separate bowl combine all purpose flour and baking soda, add gradually on wet ingredients. Mix until no presence of flour.
4. Add mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.
5. Transfer into 8 inch pan.
6. Bake at 170c for 30-40 minutes or toothpick comes out clean.
7. Let it cool. Then cut in hal put a generous amount of ganache then cover with ganache(see video)
8. garnish with shreded Chocolate.
