WHOLE WHEAT PANDESAL


INGREDIENTS

Bread Flour   1000g
Sugar        100g
San Miguel Whole wheat Fine         100g
San Miguel Whole wheat Coarse      50g
Yeast    1/2tbsp
Salt        1tsp
Water     650g ( or as per needed)
Butter     100g

Bread Crumbs


PROCEDURE

1. Combine all dry ingredeints in mixer then mix in low speed.
2. Add water then mix in medium speed until it form a dough.
3. Add butter mix in medium speed until smooth and elastic.
4. Rest and cover until double in size.
5. After resting portion each dough into 30g each then shape into ball.
6. Roll in breadd crumbs then put it in a well greased pan.
7. Rest and cover until double in size.
8. Bake at 180c for 12 minutes or until done.
