CRACKED ON TOP BROWNIES FOR BEGINNERS!
INGREDIENTS
Chocolate chip 1 3/4cup( 300g)
Butter 220g
Sugar 1Cup (200g)
Egg 4pcs
All purpose flour 1 1/3cup(190g)
Cocoa 1/2cup(50g)
Baking powder 1/2tsp
PROCEDURE
1. Combine chocolate chips and butter in small bowl and melt in double boiler until smooth.
2. After melting transfer in mxing bowl add eggs, mix until smooth.
3. Add sugar, mix until smooth.
4. Add flour, cocoa, baking powder. Mix until smooth and no presence of flour.
5. Transfer in 9x13 pan with aluminum foil.
6. Bake at 180c for 30-40 minutes.
