Coconut Macaroons and Chocolate Coconut Macaroons
Ingredients
Eggs 3pcs (large)
Sugar 3/4cup
Condensed Milk 1Can (14ounces)
Clarified Butter 1/4cup
Desiccated Coconut 4cups
All purpose flour 1/2cup
Cocoa Powder 3tbsp
Procedure
1. In a bowl combine egg, sugar, condensed milk, clarified butter. Mix well.
2. Add desiccated coconut and all purpose flour. Mix until well combine.
3. For chocolate macaroon add cocoa powder base on your preferences.
4. Transfer into muffin pan with liner. Bake at 170c for 15-20 minutes or until done.
