LOW COST Chocolate Moist Cake
Ingredients
Bread Flour 1 1/2Cup (176g)
Cocoa Powder 3/4Cup (75g)
Baking Powder 1tsp (3g)
Baking Soda 1/2tsp (3g)
Salt 1/2tsp (5g)
Brown Sugar 1 1/2cup (300g)
Coffee Powder 1tbsp (6g)
Fresh Milk 1Cup (245g)
Oil 3/4Cup (160g)
Eggs 2Eggs (120g)
Hot Water 3/4Cup (170g)
Vinegar 1/2tbsp (12g)
Porcedure
1. In a large bowl coombine hot water, coffee powder and cocoa. Mix well.
2. Add Eggs, brown sugar, oil, fresh milk and vinegar. Mix well.
3. Add Bread Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda and Salt. Mix until smooth and free from lumps.
4. Pour in into 8inch round pan.
5. Bake at 160c for 30-40 minutes or until done.
