Matcha Cookies

Ingredients

Butter               1cup
Brown Sugar    1Cup
White Sugar     1Cup
Eggs                  2pcs
All Purpose Flour     3cups
Baking Soda        1tsp    
Salt                       1tsp
Matcha Powder   2-3tbsp
White Chocolate   3Cups

PROCEDURE

1. Combine butter, brown sugar and white sugar. Mix until creamy.
2. Add eggs, mix until well incorporated.
3. Add flour, salt, baking soda and matcha powder. Mix well until smooth and free from lumps.
4. Add white chocolate (chopped).
5. Use ice cream scopper to portion or weigh into 30g each.Put it in a well greased pan.
6. Bake at 170c for 13 minutes.
