White Chocolate Brownies


Ingredients

Butter                    200g
White Chocolate   200g

Sugar                        150g
Eggs                          3pcs (LARGE)
All Purpose Flour     130g
Salt                           1 tsp
Baking Powder        1tsp
Chopped White Chocolate     100g

Procedure
1. In a large mixing bowl combine 200g butter and 200g white chocolate. Melt in double boiler, mix until smooth. Let it cool and set aside.
2. In a separate bowl combine sugar and egg, mix until well combine.
3. Add all purpose flour, salt and baking powder. Mix until smooth and free from lumps.
4. Add melted butter and white chocolate, mix until smooth.
5. Fold in chopped white chocolate. Mix well.
6. Bake at pre heated oven at 160c for 30-40 minutes or until done.
