Simple Rocky Milk toppings recipe
255g Butter
300g Sugar
3pcs Egg
350g flour
250 skimmed milk powder
First creamed the butter and sugar then put eggs and mix it well the put the flour gradually and mix thoroughly then put the milk powder and mix well. put it in the fridge rest is for about 15-20 mins.
-To put the toppings on dough, make sure it is not yet rested.
- If the dough is 60g the toppings should be 40 grams.
- Flattend first the topping on your palm then put it on the top dough, slowly cover the dough with topping until the bottom part are well covered, rest until it double the size. make sure you have to put an egg wash a mixture of egg YOLK and 2 tbsp of milk then bake.
*you can put also sliced pineapple on top before to add more variations
*after baking you can add custard filling or cut into half and put some blueberry or straberry filling.
