Chocolate Coffee Crinkles


  • Ingredients
  • All Purpose Flour             250g
  • Almond Flour(optional)   50g
  • Cocoa powder.                 120g
  • Baking Powder                 2tsp
  • Coffee Powder                 10g
  • Salt                                    5g
  • White granulated sugar  300g
  • Butter                                120g
  • Eggs                                  4pcs
  • Powdered Sugar              100g

    
    Procedure

    1. In a large bowl combine Flour, almond flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, salt and coffee powder set aside. 

    2. In a mixer cream sugar and butter in a medium speed. add eggs one at a time.

    3. Gradually add flour mixture. Mix until smooth.

    4. Cover using cling wrap let it rest overnight.

    5. Pre Heat oven at 170c. Portion your dough into 30 grams, shape it like a ball then roll it in powdered sugar.

    6. Put it in a baking tray with wax paper with 2 inches apart.

    7. Bake for about 12-14 mins.
