Mango Graham Muffin using Puratos Tegral Muffin Mix: simple and easy!


Ingredients

1pack   Tegral Daily Muffin
             Canola Oil (quantity base on packaging)
              Eggs.        (quantity base on packaging)
100ml   Fresh Milk
100ml   Mango puree
              Crushed Graham
              ButterCream
              Mango for garnish

Procedure

1. In a mixer, combine eggs (quantity base on packaging), canola oil (quantity base on packaging),  fresh milk and mango puree in a medium speed until all ingredients are well incorporate.

NOTE: I substitute water which is base on the packaging with fresh milk and mango puree.

2. Slowly add Tegral Daily muffin into mixture in a low speed. 

3. Change into medium speed mix until batter became smooth.

4. Pour in into muffin pan with liner and sprinkle with crushed graham, make sure top are well covered.

5. Bake in a pre heated oven at 180c for 20 minutes or test using toothpick, insert into center and it should come out clean.

6. Once it is done, let it cool.

7. Garnish with buttercream topped with dice mango. Serve and Enjoy!
