Honey Milk Bun Recipe


 Ingredients

All Purpose Flour        150g

Bread Flour                  100g

Powdered Milk            50g

Salt                               1tsp Salt

Yeast                            1Tbsp yeast

Honey                          80g

Water                           100ml

Butter                           60g


Procedure

1. In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients. Mix well using whisk to prevents from lumping.

2. Add in Honey and Milk. mix until you form a dough. 

3. Add butter mix until well incorporated. Rest for 30 minutes before kneading.

NOTE: WATER ABSORPTION MAY VARY ADD FLOUR IF IT IS TOO STICKY OR ADD WATER IF IT LACK OF HYDRATION.

4. Knead until dough become smooth and elastic. Rest for an hour.

5. Portion your dough into similar portions. Shape it into ball, rest until double the size.

6. Bake for 12-15 mins at 180c.
