COFFEE - MATE CHEESECAKE : CREMORA TART
Ingredients
Coffee Mate/ Coffee Creamer 250g
Cold water 125g
Condensed Milk 200g
Lemon Juice 100g
For Crust
Crushed Graham 160g
Butter 50g
Procedure
1. For Crust, combine melted butter and crushed graham. Mix well the put it in a pan. Flatted using spoon. Put it in a fridge.
2. In a large bowl. combine coffee mate /cremora and water, mix well until no lumps.
3. Add condensed milk mix well then add lemon juice. by this time mixture will curdle. Mix well then pour into crust. Freeze overnight.
it's good but just a tad too sour, I recommend adjusting the amount of lemon juice according to your preferences.
