Easy Pandesal Recipe with Costing


Ingredients

Bread Flour        500g

Sugar                  100g

Skimmed Milk    50g

Bread Improver  1Tbsp(optional)

Salt                     1/2tsp

Bread Improver   1Tbsp (optional)

Water                   230g

Shortening           50g

Bread Crumbs

Procedure


1. Dissolved yeast in water with a tablespoon of sugar . Let it Bloom or you can use instant " active yeast".

2.Combine Flour, salt, sugar, skimmed milk. Mix well.

3.Add yeast and water. Mix until you form a dough.

4. Add shortening. knead dough until smooth and elastic.

5. Rest and cover until double in size.

6. Portion your dough into 40g. Shape into ball then roll in bread crumbs.

7.Put it in a greased pan rest and cover until double in size.

8. Bake at 170c for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
