FUDGEE BAR ICE CREAM CAKE
Ingredients
Fudgee Bar 6pcs
All Purpose Cream 250ml (CHILLED)
Condensed Milk 200ml ( CHILLED)
Cocoa Powder 3Tbsp
Procedure
1. 6pcs Fudgee bar smash and break into pieces. Transfer into rectangular or any container. You can also use jar or anything with close lid.
2. Flatten using spoon. Set aside.
3. On a mixing bowl beat until double in size All purpose Cream.
4. Add Condensed milk. Mix until cream and frothy.
5. Add 3 Tbsp Cocoa Powder. Mix well until well incorporated.
6. Transfer into container with fudgee bar. Freeze overnight.
