LEMON ICE CREAM TART


Ingredients

All Purpose Cream    250ml

Sugar                           1C

Salt                             1/2tsp

Lemon Juice              50ml

For Crust

Crushed Graham        100g

Butter                          50g

Procedure

For Crust

1. Combine crushed graham and melted butter, Mix well then transfer to muffin pan. Make it sure to flatten

2. Put it in a fridge to set.

For Ice cream mixture

1. Beat all purpose cream in high speed until it double.

2. Add sugar and salt. Beat for a minute.

3. Add fresh lemon juice by this time you will notice the mixture will become thick. Beat for 2 minutes.

4. Transfer into muffin pan then put it in freezer overnight.
