THIN CRISP COOKIES


 Ingredients

Brown Sugar             300g

White Sugar              230g

Butter                        230g

Egg                            2pcs

Flour                          360g

Baking Soda              1tsp

Salt                            1tsp

Chopped Chocolate  200g

Procedure

1. Cream butter, white sugar and brown sugar.

2. Add eggs, Mix well.

3. Add flour, salt and baking soda, Mix well until smooth.

4. Fold in chopped chocolate then chill and rest ovwernight.

5. After resting overnight. Weigh dough into 30g each. Put it in a well greased pan

6. Bake at 180c for 15-20 minutes.
