PARMESAN HERB CHEDDAR PRETZEL ROLL




INGREDIENTS

Bread Flour        350g      
Sugar                  30g
Yeast                   1tsp
Salt                      1tsp
Fresh Milk          220
Butter                  30g

Baking Soda        50g
Water                   2Cups

Parmesan
Parsely
Herb Cheddar or you can use regular cheddar

Procedure

1. In a small bowl combine Milk, Yeast and 1tsp of sugar. Mix well and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
2. In a large bowl combine Bread flour, salt and sugar, add yeast mixture. Mix until it form a dough.
3. Add in butter, mix and knead until smooth and elastic. Rest until double in size.
4. Portion dough into 30g each. Add cheese then shape like a ball then freeze for an hour.
5. After an hour. In a saucepan combine water and baking soda, put it into low to medium heat until it dissolved and bubble.
6. Boil your dough for 30 seconds then let it drip the excess water.
7. Roll into parmesan then rest until double in size.
8. After resting sprinkle with parsley then bake at 180c for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown..
