PEANUT KETO LOAF


Ingredients

Coconut Flour                   2cups
Baking Powder                 1/2tbsp
Cocoa Powder                  1tbsp
Stevia/Equal                     5 Sachets
Peanut Butter                   3 Tbsp
Eggs                                 4pcs
All Purpose Cream          1Cup
Butter                              80g
Sesame Seeds (optional)

Procedure

1. In a large bowl combine Cream, butter, eggs and peanut butter. Mix well.
2. Add Coconut flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and stevia. Mix well until smooth.
3. Transfer into loaf pan or well greased pan.
4. Bake at 170c for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
