Red Velvet Pandesal


Ingredients

Bread Flour                350g

Cocoa                         3Tbsp

Sugar                          50g

Yeast                           1tsp

Salt                             1/2tsp

Milk                           150

Butter                          60g

Red Food Color        1tBsp


For Cream Cheese filling

Cream cheese            220g

Sugar                        1/4Cup


PROCEDURE

For Cream Cheese Filling

1. Combine cream cheese and sugar mix until smooth.

For Dough

1. In a small bowl combine milk, food color, yeast and 1tsp sugar, mix well and set aside.

2. In large bowl combine bread flour, salt, cocoa and sugar.

3. Add milk and yeast mixture. Mix until you form a dough.

4. Add  butter mix and knead until smooth and elastic. Rest until double in size.

5. Portion dough into 30g each. Shape into ball and rest for 10 minutes.

6. Add cream cheese filling on the middle then close and lock the bottom.

7. Roll in bread crumbs and put it in a well greased pan. rest until double in size.

8. Bake at 180c for 12-15 minutes.
