PRETZEL SLIDERS


INGREDIENTS

Bread Flour        350g      
Sugar                  30g
Yeast                   1tsp
Salt                      1tsp
Fresh Milk          220
Butter                  30g

Baking Soda        30g
Water                   2Cups


Procedure

1. In a small bowl combine Milk, Yeast and 1tsp of sugar. Mix well and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
2. In a large bowl combine Bread flour, salt and sugar, add yeast mixture. Mix until it form a dough.
3. Add in butter, mix and knead until smooth and elastic. Rest until double in size.
4. Portion dough into 60g each then shape like a ball, freeze for 30 minutes.
5. After an hour. In a saucepan combine water and baking soda, put it into low to medium heat until it dissolved and bubble.
6. Boil your dough for 30 seconds then let it drip the excess water.
7. Transfer into well greased pan, make a slit cross. Rest until double in size.
8. Bake at 180c for 15-20 minutes until golden dark brown.
